If you change your mind about an item please follow these instructions:
- Place the product in a shipping box or plastic bag. Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they do not get squashed out of shape.
- Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria:
Enclose the original sales receipt to the product.

Remember to fill out the return note, if you didn’t receive one. Please add a note with name, email on order number
The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches Soulland and it is confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Please place a new order if you want to exchange an item.
We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay with. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for us to complete your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
There is a 2 years warranty on all products sold on www.soulland.com. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have a warranty claim, including order number, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim.
Prices are shown in £ (GBP). All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
Tax-free shopping on Soulland.com is not available.
Soulland reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.
We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Apple pay, Paypal and UnionPay. The amount for your order will not be charged until your order is shipped from Soulland.
We also accept Soulland online gift cards.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions items can be out of stock. Should this happen you will be informed by e-mail.
Tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation e-mail, so you can follow your order until it is delivered.
Your order will be dispatched on the same day, if you place the order before 1PM. During sale and busy periods, it can take up to 1-3 days for your orders to be shipped. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. All orders are shipped via DHL or UPS.
The following shipping charges will be added to your order:
- Europe: From 15$
- Outside Europe: From 18$
International orders will be delivered within 1-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.
Soulland does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, Soulland will contact you by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.
All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. Soulland.com will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety.
For the safety of your personal information, we use SLL encryption on all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser when SSL is activated.
Cookies are used by Soulland.com in order to improve your experience when browsing and using the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Soulland.com may not operate properly when cookies are disabled in your web browser.
All measurements are approximate and variance may occur. We have done our best but please have average sizing in mind and note that +/- 1cm on each measurement may occur.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR PRE-BUY AW20
This is only for orders places the 30th - 31st of January 2020
For our Autumn/Winter 20 pre-buy, all products you order will be specially produced for you.
The products available to pre-buy for AW20 are not produced yet and will be specially crafted at our factories for you once your order has been processed. Therefore, as the product is unique and produced specially for you, your payment will be withdrawn when placing the order. The product is estimated to be delivered in early August 2020.
Your purchase can be cancelled by you or us until the delivery, normal terms of return policy apply.
We would like to specify that you are buying and paying for a product today, which will be specifically produced for you. It will be delivered as soon as available. Your order is expected to be delivered early August 2020.
